Can I buy direct from your warehouse ?

Yes you can. Call us first on 03 6326 7696 to place your order. We are open Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. We accept cash, eftpos and credit card. The warehouse is located at 315 George Town Road, Rocherlea.

Who are the team at Complete Gourmet ?

Brian Walsh is the General Manager of Complete Gourmet in Tasmania. Brian has over 25 years experience in hospitality, starting in Food & Beverage and working his way up to General Manager in hotels in Queensland and Tasmania. He also has experience in food retail and understands the particular challenges faced by small business owners in the industry. Brian has an office in Hobart as well as overseeing the warehouse and cold store in Launceston. He regularly visits our East Coast and Midlands customers as well as Hobart and southern Tasmania. Sonya Coster has recently joined our sales team. With over 20 yars experience in sales and experience in food & beverage distribution, we look forward to introducing her to our customers in Northern Tasmania.  Sonya is based in Launceston and you can contact her on 03 6326 7696.

The remainder of our team includes Jason who is our Procurement & Accounts Manager. Jason has been with The Doherty Group for many years and has moved from the head office to assist with the set up and operating of Complete Gourmet. Michelle joined us earlier this year and looks after the office, taking customer orders and answering your inquiries. Jeremy looks after the stores and ensures that your deliveries are dispatched on time.

Who are The Doherty Group ?

The Doherty Group is owned by Michael Doherty and his family. They live in Launceston and have operated hotels and other businesses for many years. Hadleys Hotel, Ballarat Lodge, the Man o' Ross Hotel, Campbelltown Hotel, Aurora Lamb and Cressy Farm products are all part of the Doherty Group.
