For the coming winter months our chef at Cressy Farm has developed some great new products, suitable for food service and in retail packs.

Coming soon will be the large family pies for the retail industry as well as the individual pies served in a ceramic bowl and separately sealed for both the food service and retail trade.

These dishes can be purchased as 1 or 2kg frozen wet dishes - perfect for straight into the bain marie on your buffet at your hotel or into the microwave or saucepan for your family at home.

Smoked Lamb Rump now available

A great addition to charcuterie boards, as a pizza topping or in salads the new Smoked Lamb Rump from Cressy Farm is made from prime Aurora 60 day grain-fed Lamb in their kitchens in Tasmania.

Smoked for 8 hours this tender cut of lamb produces a fantastic flavour and texture.
