Complete Gourmet takes over from Lenah

Lenah Game and Gourmet has changed! From October 2009 Lenah Game and Gourmet are going to concentrate on producing high quality game. The distribution arm of the business has been sold and relaunched as Complete Gourmet.

Michael Doherty, Principle and Managing Director of The Doherty Group, said "we are very pleased to launch this new business and we plan to offer a personal and very hands-on approach to help our customers get the best products possible for their business".

Former General Manager of Hadleys Hotel, Brian Walsh, has been appointed to steer Complete Gourmet in the right direction and help Doherty realise his goal of providing a high level of service in food distribution and supply to hotels, restaurants and retail outlets in Tasmania.

The Doherty group also own Aurora Lamb at Cressy, Hadleys Hotel in Hobart, the Man o' Ross Hotel in Ross and Ballarat Lodge in Victoria.
